Open Square Festival is an outdoor square festival, designed to celebrate the opening ceremony of ‘Incheon, Culture City of East Asia 2019’, and to promote the projects of culture city of East Asia to Incheon citizens, which parades 9 teams from three countries such as Korea, Japan and China performing street arts and offers self-experience programs.
