We ask for your interest and participation as we hold “the 5^th Incheon Metropolitan City public data-utilized startup, analysis competition” in order to promote start-ups based on public data by planning ideas, developing products and services and analyzing big data utilized by public data.  

□ Objectives: to explore and nurture new start-up ideas and business models utilizing Incheon city’s public data and to contribute to activating Incheon’s data- based administration through big data analysis of the city’s current agenda
□ Joint hosting: Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon University, Inha University, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information
□ Supporters : Incheon Techno Park, Korea Polytechnics II (Incheon Campus)
□ Participation qualification : any Korean-nationals
 ◦ able to participate by either individual or team (within 5 persons)
 ◦ For products · services, development start-up founders (applicants) (within 7 years)
□ Participation category : ①idea planning ②product or service development ③bid data analysis
□ Application period : May 13 2019 to June 28
