- Low-velocity operation program for watercrafts
- The operation of old construction equipment is prohibited.
- Coal-based thermal power plants will be run at reduced capacity.
- Tighter management of electricity demands.
- Voluntary reduction in large commercial/industrial facilities.
- Increased monitoring and enforcement against illegal emission from businesfacilities.
- Burning of agricultural wastes or residues prohibited.
- High-alert road segments in effect
- Strengthened response to fine dust situations by Incheon-styleultra-fine-dust reduction programs
- Reduction goals imposed onto the facilities with a higher amount of emission
- Remote fine dust emission monitoring programs targeting construction sites
