 * Overview of the autotop-up system

    ㅇDetails: If theholder of a Culture Nuri Card in 2020 retains his/her eligibility for financialsupport under the Culture Nuri Card initiative, the government will top his/herCulture Nuri Card up automatically for 2021 (KRW 100,000).

       ※ Amendments to Article 5 of theEnforcement Rules of the Culture and Arts Promotion Act (recharging the CulturePass)

    ㅇTime and Date ofImplementation: January 2021 (January 20, 2021 ~ January 22, 2021 / scheduledfor 3 days)

       ※ Individuals eligible for theautomatic top-up service will receive text notifications (January 28, 2021 ~January 29, 2021) once their Card has been recharged.

    ㅇ Eligibility:Individuals who have retained their eligibility for financial support under theCulture Nuri Card initiative from 2020

       ※ (Ineligible recipients)Refer to the attached notice and frequently asked questions (e.g. individualswith Cards issued by a welfare facility, individuals with a Card that expiresbefore December 2021, individuals with residual funds remaining on their Cardfrom 2020, etc.

       ※ As with previous years, Individualsineligible for the automatic top-up service can also apply for a new CultureNuri Card through their local community center or the official website afterFebruary 1 upon verifying their eligibility for the Culture Nuri Cardinitiative.
