If you have an opinion after viewing the posted price list of individual housing & multi-unit housing calculated on the 1st of January 2015, please submit a report to the Department of Tax Collection (Department of Finance) at the gu (ward) office or gun (district) office within the viewing period.

○ Duration : March 11 – March 31, 2015 (20 days)
○ Type of Housing permitted for viewing : Individual housing (detached house, multi-household house, multiple house and others), multi-unit housing (apartment, townhouse, multiplex house)
○ Venue for Viewing
- Individual Housing : Department of Tax Collection (Department of Finance) at the housing’s local ward office or district office, Incheon City electronic payment system on the city’s website (http://etax.incheon.go.kr)
- Multi-unit Housing : Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport website (www.molit.go.kr), Call Center (☎ 82-1661-7821 / 82-1644-2828), Department of Tax Collection (Department of Finance) at the housing’s local ward office or district office
 
□ Submission of Opinion
○ Submitter : Owner and legally concerned person of the housing subject for public announcement
○ How to submit your opinion
- Individual Housing : submit your opinion to the Department of Tax Collection (Department of Finance) or Public Service Office at the housing’s local gu (ward) office or gun (district) office, or submit through fax
- Multi-unit Housing : Fill in the form and submit on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport website (www.molit.go.kr), visit the housing’s local gu (ward) office or gun (district) office to submit your opinion to Department of Tax Collection (Department of Finance), or visit the Korea Appraisal Board’s Incheon office (Tel.82-32-437-6771, Fax.82-32-437-6779). Submission through post or fax is also available.

□ Processing of Submitted Opinions
○ Reexamination and verification for estates stated in the submitted opinions will be conducted to prove the appropriateness of price calculation. Results will be notified individually.
 
□ Timetable
○ April 1 – April 10, 2015 : Reexamination of housing prices that are stated in the submitted opinions
○ April 30, 2015 : Confirmation and Public Announcement of Housing prices
○ April 30 – June 1, 2015 : Submission period for Statement of Objection on housing prices (30 days)
