Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority to Transform Urban Landscape with Media Art


The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority will hold a kickoff meeting today (the 21st) for the Incheon Start Up Park Media Installation Project.

This initiative is a pioneering project aimed at creating a future urban landscape by integrating landmark architecture with digital media. It involves the installation of a large 528㎡ media screen on the exterior of the Incheon Start Up Park building, located at the Incheon National University Station Intersection.

The media art created will be presented to the public at a demonstration event at the end of this year, followed by a trial operation, with the project slated for completion by February of next year.






Incheon City Intensifies Efforts to Protect Construction Workers' Health Amid Heatwave


Incheon Metropolitan City is making a concerted effort to protect the health of construction workers by conducting safety and health inspections at construction sites that are vulnerable to heatwaves. 

The city is conducting comprehensive inspections that cover both public construction projects and private sector construction sites within the area.

These concentrated inspections aim to ensure compliance with the three key heatwave prevention measures: hydration, shade, and rest. The inspections also evaluate the installation of rest facilities to prevent heat-related industrial accidents.

An Incheon city official stated, "Most summer-related industrial fatalities are associated with heatwaves, and among these, the construction industry is particularly vulnerable. Therefore, inspections and guidance at construction sites are extremely important."




Root Industry Job Fair Connects Job Seekers and Employers at Incheon City Hall


The 'Root Industry Job Fair' will take place at the Central Hall of Incheon City Hall on the 27th, from 2 PM to 5 PM.

'Warm Medical Care' for Foreign Workers Brings Comfort


The Incheon Medical Social Volunteer Association provided free medical services to foreign workers at the Namdong National Industrial Complex.

This volunteer activity was conducted by the Incheon Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, targeting foreign workers and multicultural families.

A total of 50 medical professionals, including doctors, doctor of Korean medicine, pharmacists, and nurses, volunteered their services. They provided medical care to 95 patients, delivering 234 treatments, and also offered necessary medications free of charge.
