Incheon Metropolitan City is offering a ‘Commercial Lease Stakeholder Training’ program to prevent disputes related to commercial leases and minimize the damage to small business owners.

The training program is designed to help prevent potential disputes that may arise in commercial lease contracts while providing legal understanding.

Since commercial lease disputes can result in not only financial damage between tenants and landlords but also increased social costs, Incheon City plans to provide legal information on how to terminate lease contracts, protect the right to recover funds, understand legal relations related to trust real estate, address key issues in the Commercial Lease Protection Act, and handle disputes.







Incheon City to Recruit Participants for 'Citizen Gardener Training Program'


Incheon City is recruiting participants for the '2025 Citizen Gardener Training Program (Advanced Course)' to promote garden culture and enhance the quality of life for residents.

This program is an advanced course for citizens who have completed the basic Incheon Citizen Gardener Training Program. It covers various topics, including understanding of gardens, tree shaping, bonsai, and indoor plant care.

The program will run once a week from April to July, with training divided into two classes, each consisting of 51 hours of instruction at the Forest Classroom in Gyeyang Park.






Incheon City to Launch 'Forest Education Program' to Stimulate All Five Senses Starting in April


The Gyeyang Park Office in Incheon will run a forest education program from April to November, in collaboration with forest education experts, to help visitors appreciate the importance of nature and experience various living creatures.

The program is divided into the 'Gyeyang Park Forest Interpretation Program' and the 'Yeonhui Park Healing Forest Program.'

The 'Forest Interpretation Program' consists of activities designed to spark interest in the forest and stimulate the five senses. It includes explorations of insect activities and plants under the theme of the forest's life history. Monthly and age-specific programs will be held every Monday through Friday.

The 'Forest Healing Program' uses various environmental elements of the forest to awaken the five senses and boost the body's immunity, helping to restore physical and mental health. This program will take place every Tuesday through Saturday at the Forest Healing Center in Yeonhui Neighborhood Park.






Incheon City Expands Bus Seat Availability Notification Service


Incheon City has expanded its service that notifies passengers about available seats on buses.

Previously, this service was only available for local buses. 

However, starting on the 27th of this month, it will also be applied to 17 routes where standing is not allowed, enabling passengers to check seat availability in advance.

Remaining seat information can also be accessed through the Incheon Bus Information System or bus information boards at bus stops.
