Expatriate
subsidy | - In the case where a part or all of a particular industrial complex is purchased and rented out by an entity pursuant to Article 14 Paragraph of the Ordinance on Promoting and Supporting Foreign Investment, and the foreign investment amount is more than the minimum investment requirement as defined in Article 25 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act.
- When providing the subsidy for part of the sales price in accordance with Article 14 Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on Promoting and Supporting Foreign Investment, and if the foreign investor meets the requirements stipulated for the designation of foreign investment zones under Article 25 Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act, provide support only for the difference between the normal sales price (the price evaluated in consideration of the cost of production and the market price of the transaction) and the sales price specified in the sale contract. However, if the company is in the manufacturing industry, it cannot receive any subsidies for the factory area beyond the maximum area limit for a manufacturing plant as stipulated by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
