Overseas Korean Welcome Center and Business Center to open in Incheon Songdo on the 18th of next month
The city of Incheon announced that it will open the 'Welcome Center' and 'Korean Business Center', support facilities for overseas Koreans, in Songdo International City on the 18th of next month.
The Welcome Center will be 1,000 square meters in size and will be equipped with a conference room, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, co-working space, and rest areas.
City officials will work here, providing information on housing, healthcare, tourism, education, and other areas that overseas Koreans may need.
The city plans to declare the 'Year of Overseas Korean Visits' at the center's opening ceremony next month.
Incheon City Recruiting 25th Youth Journalist Team for 'Webzine MOO'
Incheon Metropolitan City is recruiting the 25th Youth Journalist Team to lead the 'Webzine MOO' in 2025, representing the youth of Incheon.
'Webzine MOO' is a youth internet magazine where young people directly report on areas of interest and write articles. It was founded by Incheon City on January 17, 2001, and continues to operate to this day.
The recruitment targets youth born between 2008 and 2012 who are either residing in Incheon or attending schools in Incheon, from 6th grade of elementary school to 1st year of high school. A total of 20 individuals will be selected.

'Incheon 4060 Job Fair' Opens Doors for Middle-aged and Senior Employment
The '4060 Job Fair' will be held on September 24th from 2 PM to 5 PM in the central hall of Incheon Metropolitan City Hall.
This event is the sixth installment of the 'Incheon Regular Job Fair' held on the last Tuesday of every month. It is jointly organized by four institutions including Incheon City, the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office, Incheon Technopark, and the Incheon Center for Middle-aged and Senior Workers of the Korea Labor Foundation.
An Incheon City official stated, "This job fair will serve as an excellent platform, offering new employment opportunities for middle-aged and senior job seekers, while allowing local businesses to recruit talent in a timely manner."

The opening of the 4th K-UAM Confex, jointly hosted by Incheon City and GURS (Global UAM Regional Summit) and organized by domestic and international UAM expert institutions such as Incheon International Airport Corporation, Inha University, and the Institute of Aerospace Industry-Academy Convergence, is now just over 50 days away.
K-UAM Confex aims to widely promote the achievements of UAM pursued by the Republic of Korea and Incheon Metropolitan City to the world, and is held annually in Incheon.
The K-UAM Confex, which started in 2021 and is now in its fourth year, will be held on October 31 and November 1 at Paradise City in Yeongjong, Incheon.
