Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ) to Develop K-Beauty Complex in Songdo International City


A new K-Beauty complex, integrating medical, educational, commercial, and residential facilities, will be established in Songdo International City.

The Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) announced yesterday (December 9) that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Philippines’ LCS Group at Songdo’s G-Tower to advance the project.

Yoon Won-seok, Commissioner of IFEZ, expressed optimism, stating, “The K-Beauty Industry Complex is expected to revitalize the Songdo International Business District and expand the global reach of K-Beauty.”




Warm Winter with Incheon Love Gift Cards


The Incheon Metropolitan Government is hosting the “Year-End Incheon Love Gift Card Cashback Event” to support residents during the winter season.

From December 16 to January 31, customers using the Incheon Love Gift Card at affiliated stores will receive 10% cashback on their purchase amount, with a maximum monthly cashback limit of 30,000 KRW.

This event is expected to stimulate consumer spending, revitalizing the local economy and boosting sales for small business owners.





Camp Market Art Exhibition: 80 Years of History and Future Vision


The Incheon Metropolitan Government will host the “Camp Market Art Exhibition” from December 16 to 20 in the central hall of City Hall.

This exhibition features 40 award-winning works from three Camp Market Drawing Competitions and three selected entries from this year’s online essay contest, all centered on the past, present, and future of Camp Market as seen through the eyes of the younger generation.

The event aims to provide an opportunity for citizens to reflect on the historical significance of Camp Market and envision its potential as a future community space.




Incheon Recognizes Nine Companies for Excellence in Environmental Management


Incheon Metropolitan City held a ceremony yesterday (December 9) to designate nine companies as “Environmental Management Excellence Enterprises” at City Hall’s meeting room.

The recognized companies, including eight renewals and one new designation, were selected based on their management of air and wastewater, environmental facility investments, landscaping efforts, and community environmental activities.

Awards were also presented to organizations and individuals for their contributions to environmental management, with discussions on further promoting excellent practices within these companies.
