Incheon Offers Up to 5,400 Won Benefit for Water Bill e-Notification and Auto Payment
Incheon Waterworks Headquarters announced that it will provide a fee reduction benefit for citizens who apply for electronic billing and auto payment of water bills to improve payment convenience and administrative efficiency.
Citizens who newly apply for both e-billing and auto payment will receive a one-time discount of 3,000 won on their water bill.
The same benefit will also be given to those who already use only e-billing and add auto payment, or those who already use only auto payment and add e-billing.
Incheon to Strengthen Radiation Tests for Seafood in Ganghwa-gun
Incheon Fisheries Technology Support Center announced that it will strengthen radiation testing of seafood in the waters of Ganghwa-gun.
This measure is to ease public anxiety after recent claims that nuclear wastewater leaked from the Pyongsan uranium refinery in Hwanghaedo, North Korea.
From July to November, the center will conduct detailed tests for iodine and cesium on seafood at least twice a month before being traded at fishing villages and fish markets.
Incheon Lifelong Learning Center to Run ESG Eco-Environment Short Program
Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education Lifelong Learning Center announced that it is recruiting students for an ESG eco-environment short program for Incheon citizens aged 19 and older.
The program consists of six sessions — five online classes and one field trip.

Namdong Runs Campaign for Safer Personal Mobility Use

Ongjin-gun to Provide Childcare Allowance for Multi-Child Families Upon Moving In
Ongjin-gun, Incheon, announced that it has revised its support program for multi-child families so that childcare allowances are provided immediately upon moving in, starting this month.
Previously, the allowance was given to second or later children aged 1 to 4 whose families had lived in the gun for more than a year. With the ordinance revision, the residency requirement has been removed, and 200,000 won will now be paid right after moving in.
