Incheon Metropolitan City and the Incheon Tourism Organization announced that they successfully held the “2025 Incheon Tourism Business Networking Day – Hanmaeum (Together as One) Plus” on November 25 at the Incheon Harbor Park Hotel.

The event was organized to share and celebrate the achievements of companies that participated in this year’s Incheon Tourism Business Support Center programs, while expanding opportunities for collaboration. Around 120 tourism companies and related organizations from inside and outside Incheon attended.

Pre-event programs, including an ‘Exhibition of Excellent Tourism Companies’ and ‘Business-to-Government (B2G)’ meetings, also received a strong response from participating firms.






Incheon to Launch Bus-Only Lane Violation Chatbot Service on December 1


Incheon Metropolitan City announced that it will launch a 24-hour “Bus-Only Lane Enforcement Inquiry Chatbot Service” on KakaoTalk starting December 1.

Previously, citizens had to contact or visit the Michuhol Call Center or the relevant department to make inquiries about bus-only lane enforcement. With the chatbot, residents will be able to access enforcement information, check and pay fines, and receive guidance at any time, regardless of location.

The city plans to improve the service by utilizing data accumulated through the chatbot to enhance accuracy and user convenience.






Incheon Concludes the 2025 Michuhol Cultural Sharing Festival with Strong Public Support


Incheon Metropolitan City announced that the Michuhol Cultural Center successfully concluded the “2025 Michuhol Cultural Sharing Festival,” held from November 15 to 26, with enthusiastic participation from citizens.

The festival was organized to showcase the achievements of citizen learning programs through the arts and to promote cultural value-sharing within the community.

Since its opening in 2001, the Michuhol Cultural Center has continuously offered various educational programs to help residents easily and naturally engage with arts and culture.





Incheon Eases Eligibility for Agricultural Machinery Rental Program


The Incheon Agricultural Technology Center announced that it will ease the eligibility requirements for the city’s agricultural machinery rental program to reduce farmers’ management costs and to improve access.

Previously, both the resident registration address and farmland had to be located within Incheon. However, under the ordinance revised and promulgated on November 12, rental will now be permitted if either the resident address or the farmland is located in Incheon.

The center expects the expanded eligibility to allow more farmers to use agricultural machinery without economic burden.






Incheon Airport Launches Pilot Operation of Integrated Taxi Dispatch System


Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that, in cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Incheon City, Seoul City, and Gyeonggi Province, it will begin a six-month pilot operation of an integrated taxi dispatch system at Terminal 1.

The new system replaces the previous taxi queue areas, formally separated by region, with a single unified boarding line, allowing passengers to take the next available taxi in order regardless of destination.

Under the integrated system, more than 10 groups of passengers can board simultaneously—compared to just 3–4 groups per region previously—helping significantly reduce congestion at the taxi stand.






Incheon Metropolitan Council to Establish Tourism Management Ordinance for Third Incheon Bridge


Incheon Metropolitan Council is establishing an institutional foundation to operate the soon-to-open Third Incheon Bridge as a tourist attraction.

According to the Council, the Industry and Economy Committee passed an ordinance bill titled the “Ordinance on the Management and Operation of Tourism Facilities on the Third Incheon Bridge” during its recent meeting.

Scheduled for final approval at the plenary session on December 15, the ordinance outlines operational details such as usage fees for the bridge’s tourism facilities—including an observation deck and an edge-walk experience.
