(뉴스용)인천 왕산해수욕장서 60대 물에 빠져 심정지 이송

인천 왕산해수욕장에서 60대 여성이 물에 빠져 심정지 상태로 병원에 이송됐습니다. 

인천소방본부에 따르면 어제 오후 2시쯤 중구 을왕동 왕산해수욕장 해상에서 60대 여성 A씨가 물에 빠졌다는 신고가 119에 접수됐습니다. 

신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 119구급대는 심정지 상태인 A씨를 인근 병원으로 옮겼습니다. 

출동 당시 A씨는 물 밖으로 구조돼 심폐소생술(CPR)을 받고 있었던 것으로 파악됐습니다.

A woman in her 60s was transported to a hospital in cardiac arrest after drowning at Wangsan Beach in Incheon.

According to the Incheon Fire Department, a 119 emergency call was received around 2 p.m. yesterday reporting that the woman had fallen into the water off the coast of Wangsan Beach in Eulwang-dong, Jung-gu.

이번 교육은 사회관계망 서비스(SNS)를 활용해 지역 관광 콘텐츠를 제작하고 홍보할 수 있는 전문 크리에이터를 양성하기 위한 프로그램으로 지역 관광기업 종사자와 일반 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있습니다. 

교육 참여는 8월 1일부터 관광 e-배움터를 통해 온라인으로 신청할 수 있습니다.

인천광역시는 부동산개발업의 건전한 관리 및 육성을 위해 오는 9월 말까지 관내 등록업체 96개소를 대상으로 실태조사를 실시한다고 밝혔습니다. 

조사 항목은 ▲자본금‧임원‧전문 인력 확보 등 등록요건 충족 여부 ▲기간 내 변경사항 신고 여부 등이며 위법사항이 적발되면 관련 법령에 따라 과태료 부과, 등록취소, 영업정지 등 행정처분이 내려질 수 있습니다. 

이번 실태조사는 부동산개발업자의 등록요건 충족 여부와 법령에서 정한 준수사항 이행 여부에 대해 서면조사를 실시한 후 그 결과 부적격이 의심되거나 현장 확인이 필요한 경우에는 정밀 현장조사를 통해 등록요건 충족 여부를 집중 점검할 예정입니다.

인천시는 월미지구, 송도지구 등 16개 지구단위계획구역에 테라스형 전면공지를 지정하고 음식점과 제과점 옥외영업을 허용했다고 밝혔습니다. 

시는 지난해부터 인천연구원 정책연구를 통해 테라스형 전면공지의 지정 기준과 시설물 설치에 관한 규정을 마련했고 일선 자치구와 공동으로 16개 지구단위계획구역 내 옥외영업 허용 대상지를 선정했습니다. 

이들 지구단위계획구역에서 옥외영업이 허용된 전면공지의 상세 내용은 시·구 누리집에서 열람할 수 있습니다. 

Incheon Permits Outdoor Dining at Restaurants and Bakeries in 16 District-Level Planning Zones

Incheon has announced that outdoor business operations will now be allowed for restaurants and bakeries in 16 district-level planning zones, including Wolmi and Songdo districts. These zones have been designated with terrace-style front setback areas where such outdoor operations can take place.

Since last year, the city has worked in collaboration with the Incheon Institute through policy research to establish criteria for designating terrace-style front setbacks and regulations for facility installation.

(뉴스용) 인천 연수구 봉재산 터널, 3년 만에 완공…내달 1일 개통

인천시는 연수구 소암마을∼대건고등학교 구간 도로를 완공해 오늘(1일) 개통한다고 밝혔습니다. 

2022년 3월 착공된 이 도로는 총사업비 342억원을 투입해 길이 400ｍ, 왕복 4차로 규모로 건설됐으며 봉재산 아래를 관통하는 봉재터널이 포함돼 있습니다. 

시는 이번 도로 개통에 따라 봉재산으로 주변과 단절돼 있던 동춘1·2구역 주민들의 이동 거리가 단축되고 아암대로를 우회하는 대체 노선이 확보돼 지역 교통 체계 효율성이 높아질 것으로 기대했습니다. 

Bongjae Tunnel in Incheon’s Yeonsu-gu Completed After 3 Years, Opens August 1

Incheon has announced the completion and opening of a new road connecting Soam Village to Daegun High School in Yeonsu-gu today.

Construction of the road began in March 2022, with a total project cost of 34.2 billion KRW. The road spans 400 meters and features a four-lane, two-way structure, including the newly built Bongjae Tunnel running beneath Bongjae Mountain.
