Incheon City announced that 'KPCAShow 2025 International Advanced Semiconductor Substrate and Packaging Industry Exhibition,' Korea's largest semiconductor packaging (back-end process) industry exhibition, will be held at Songdo Convensia from September 3rd to 5th.

Starting in 2004 and marking its 22nd edition this year, this exhibition is the largest ever with a total of 750 booths participating under the theme "Beyond AI & Angstrom - Surpassing Limits."

This exhibition will feature not only corporate exhibitions but also share the latest industry trends through 'INSIGHT 2025,' a technical seminar with participation from experts in the semiconductor packaging field.

Incheon City Recruits Participating Companies for '7th Good Design Certification System'

Incheon City announced that it will recruit companies that develop excellent design public facilities to participate in the "7th Incheon Good Design Certification System" from September 1st to 22nd, aimed at enhancing the quality of urban spaces and spreading public design that citizens can experience.

The 'Incheon Good Design Certification System' is a program that has been promoted since 2019 to discover and disseminate creative and excellent designs from the private sector, with the goal of raising the standard of public facilities installed in urban spaces.

The recruitment targets are public facilities that have been developed and manufactured and are either already installed on-site or scheduled for installation. Any domestic entity that has developed such facilities can apply.

Incheon City announced that it will host the 'Incheon-China Sister-Friendly City Exchange Meeting' today at the Oakwood Hotel in Songdo, inviting Chinese sister-friendly city delegations.

A total of 8 city delegations will participate in this exchange meeting, including Tianjin, Shenyang, Changchun, Shandong, Yunnan, Qingdao, Dalian, and Weihai.

This exchange meeting was organized in connection with the '2025 InChina Forum International Conference' to be held on September 2nd, seeking to expand exchange and cooperation between Incheon and China and promote friendship.

Incheon City's Michuhol Library and its branches announced that they will operate cultural events commemorating Reading Month throughout September under the theme 'Reading Forecast: Read Today, Clear Tomorrow.'

Michuhol Library will host 'Meeting with Author Jung Yeo-ul' on September 13th to share stories about reading and life, while Cheongna Lake Library will organize a time to reflect on the value of nature with ecological children's book author Han Yu-jin on September 9th.
