Incheon City announced that 'KPCAShow 2025 International Advanced Semiconductor Substrate and Packaging Industry Exhibition,' Korea's largest semiconductor packaging (back-end process) industry exhibition, will be held at Songdo Convensia from September 3rd to 5th.
Starting in 2004 and marking its 22nd edition this year, this exhibition is the largest ever with a total of 750 booths participating under the theme "Beyond AI & Angstrom - Surpassing Limits."
This exhibition will feature not only corporate exhibitions but also share the latest industry trends through 'INSIGHT 2025,' a technical seminar with participation from experts in the semiconductor packaging field.
Incheon City Recruits Participating Companies for '7th Good Design Certification System'
Incheon City announced that it will recruit companies that develop excellent design public facilities to participate in the "7th Incheon Good Design Certification System" from September 1st to 22nd, aimed at enhancing the quality of urban spaces and spreading public design that citizens can experience.
