The change follows the successful implementation of an unmanned access system using QR codes, introduced last October, allowing for more flexible park access.

Operating hours were previously from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. but have been extended to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., adding three additional hours each day.

The extended schedule is expected to better accommodate residents who prefer early morning walks or evening visits with their pets.

Incheon Completes Nation's 1st Creative Design Social Experiment Training Program

The city of Incheon has announced the successful completion of its "Incheon-Style Social Experiment That Resonates With Everyone" training program, the first of its kind in the country.

Launched for the first time by the city, the program aimed to strengthen public officials' expertise in public design and problem-solving while creating opportunities for citizens to participate in the Incheon Creative Design Social Experiment Project.

Participants worked together to analyze complex administrative issues from multiple perspectives using real-world case studies of social experiments.

The assistance consists of three programs: export voucher support, expanded export insurance and guarantee subsidies, and business matching events with overseas buyers.

Through the Incheon Technopark, eligible companies can receive export vouchers worth up to 10 million won each, with a total budget of 400 million won.

Incheon Distributes Updated Administrative Maps Reflecting District Reorganization

Incheon Metropolitan City has distributed new roll-up administrative maps reflecting the city's reorganized administrative districts to frontline departments following the implementation of the new district system on July 1.

The project was carried out in response to the first large-scale administrative boundary reorganization in decades and growing demand for up-to-date spatial information.

The city conducted demand surveys on May 28 and June 10 to determine the number of maps required and their intended uses by each department and agency.

Distribution began in late June, ahead of the administrative reorganization, allowing frontline offices to immediately utilize the updated geographic information once the new system took effect.
