This September, Korean business leaders from around the world and companies from across Korea will gather in Incheon.
Under the slogan “Irreplaceable Hansang, Irreplaceable Republic of Korea,” the 2026 World Korean Business Convention will be held at Songdo ConvensiA.

‘대체불가 한상, 대체불가 대한민국’을 슬로건으로 내세운 2026년 세계한상대회가 송도컨벤시아에서 개최된다.
PREPARING STEP BY STEP FOR A SUCCESSFUL CONVENTION
성공적인 대회를 위해 차근히 준비하다
The 24th World Korean Business Convention will take place in Incheon from September 28 to 30. First held in 2002, the convention is a major global businessnetworking event that brings together leaders of Korean associations worldwide, overseas Korean businesspeople, and SMEs from Korea.
오는 9월 28일부터 30일까지 인천에서 ‘제24차 세계한상대회’가 개최된다.
2000년에 시작된 세계한상대회는 전 세계 한인회장과 재외동포 경제인, 국내 중소기업들이 참여하는 대규모 글로벌 비즈니스 네트워크 행사다.
Its flagship Business Exhibition will showcase products and technologies from Korean companies, ranging from K-food and K-beauty to household goods, home appliances, and innovative products. Other programs—including the World Korean Business Forum, Young Business Leaders Forum, Leading CEO Forum, Startup Competition, industrial tours, and investment promotion sessions—will create opportunities for business leaders to connect and collaborate.
This will be the third convention hosted by Incheon, following the 2009 and 2018 events. It is especially significant as the first to be held in the city since the Overseas Koreans Agency opened here in 2023.
메인 프로그램인 기업전시회에서는 K-푸드와 K-뷰티를 비롯해 생활용품, 가전, 혁신 제품 등 국내 기업의 우수한 상품과 기술을 선보인다. 이와 함께 세계한상포럼, 영비즈니스리더포럼, 리딩CEO포럼, 스타트업경연대회, 산업시찰, 투자유치 설명회 등 다양한 프로그램도 마련돼 글로벌 경제인 간 교류와 협력의 장을 마련할 예정이다. 이번 대회는 2009년과 2018년에 이어 인천에서 세 번째로 열리는 세계한상대회다. 특히 2023년 재외동포청이 인천에 개청한 이후 처음 개최되는 대회라는 점에서 의미가 더욱 크다.
To ensure a successful event, Incheon is preparing transportation and accommodation support, tourism programs, and locally connected content. The city is also working to expand business networks, facilitate matching between companies and overseas buyers, and develop follow-up support so that cooperation can continue after the convention ends.
인천시는 성공적인 대회 개최를 위해 참가자 이동과 숙박지원 체계를 마련하고, 관광 프로그램과 지역 연계 콘텐츠를 개발하는 등 다각적 준비를 이어가고 있다. 국내외 비즈니스 네트워크를 확대하고 기업과 해외바이어 간 비즈니스 매칭을 활성화하는 한편, 대회 이후에도 협력과 교류가 지속될 수 있도록 후속 지원 방안도 함께 검토하고 있다.
