In more than 50 years since it’s inauguration, the Gyeongin (Seoul-Incheon) Expressway (Point of Reference in Incheon ~ Seoincheon Interchange) is set to become a General Road for the city of Incheon.
 In anticipation of inconvenient traffic conditions caused by lower speed limits during the early stages of the transition, the Incheon Metropolitan City Government  seeks the cooperation and understanding of all citizens using the road. 


 ○ Time and Date: From 00:00 on December 1 (Fri), 2017
 ○ Section: Point of reference in Incheon (Yonghyeon-dong, Nam-gu) ~ Seonincheon Interchange (Gajeong-dong, Seo-gu)

    ▷ Speed Limit: 100km/h → 80~60km/h
       * Point of reference in Incheon ~ Yuldo-ro (4-dong Pedestrian Overpass) → 60km/h
       * Yuldo-ro (4-dong Pedestrian Overpass) ~ Seonincheon Interchange → 80km/h    
    ▷ No access for pedestrians, two-wheeled vehicles, no roadside stopping/parking
