Dear three million citizens of Incheon,

I am Park Chan-dae, Mayor of the 9th Popularly Elected Incheon Metropolitan Government.It is my honor to begin this new four-year journey with all of you.

Today, I pledge to uphold three guiding principles that will lead Incheon toward its next major leap.

First, a “sustainable administration” that safeguards people’s livelihoods.
Second, an “open administration” that communicates transparently at every step.
Third, a “people-centered administration” that empowers every citizen to build a better life.

Grounded in these three principles, we will move forward with a clear vision for Incheon’s future.

From artificial intelligence and biotechnology to culture and clean energy, we will advance the ABC+E Strategy to reshape Incheon’s industrial landscape and create new engines of growth.

The historic districts of Jemulpo, Munhak, and Bupyeong will be revitalized as vibrant centers of arts and culture.

We will also harness the wind and sunlight along Incheon’s coastline to create high-quality jobs and generate reliable income for local residents.

Together, we will chart a new course toward Incheon 2030—a city driven by innovation, sustainability, and opportunity.

There is a Korean saying: “The sea refuses no river.”
It reminds us that true greatness comes from embracing diversity and drawing strength from every source.

That spirit defines Incheon. Our city’s energy, resilience, and dynamism are unlike any other.

Forged through generations of overcoming challenges, Incheon has now become fertile ground that nurtures its own talent.

Building on that strength, we will ensure that the children growing up in Incheon become the leaders who guide our city onto the global stage. Together, we will build an Incheon that every citizen can be proud to call home.

Good government is realized through the positive changes you experience in your everyday lives.

I will dedicate every effort to turning this moment of opportunity into a brighter future for Incheon.
