○ What is "Incheon e-EUM” - the INCHEONer CARD?
  - Incheon e-EUM is a local currency program (an electronic currency program) governed by the Incheon Metropolitan City government.

    Using Incheon e-EUM can help reduce debit/credit card fees and increase sales revenue for small business owners in our community who are, of course, our neighbors as well.

○ Eligibility: Incheon residents, minimum 14 years of age (available to residents from other regions, foreigners as well)

○ Usage: You can use your Incheon e-EUM card for payment at 99.8% (175,000+ stores) of all places of business
    * Payment Restrictions: 334 stores (0.2% of all stores), including department stores, large supermarkets, SSMs

○ Special Benefits
  - Receive 4~15% of your payment amount in cashback (points) form or discounts
  - 30% income deduction for your year-end tax settlement (equivalent to cash)
  - Simple recharge and balance inquiries from your mobile APP
  - Free additional services e.g. phone orders, shopping mall services

○ Issuing Instructions: Search for “INCHEONer CARD” or “Incheon e-EUM” from the  "play store" or "app store” on your smartphone
   Run the APP (card will be delivered in 7~10 days) and proceed with the subscription process

○ Usage: Once you receive your card, register it on your smartphone, then start using your card for payments
                     (You can apply for income deductions when you register your card for the first time)
