Due to the event of ‘Citizens’ Festival’ in celebration of the opening of the citizens’ plaza in front of the city hall as well as the 55th Citizen’s Day, the streets from the front of the city hall building to the rotary at Bangtongdae will be declared as ‘Carless’ streets. No vehicle will be allowed to access these areas from 10:00 to 21:00 on October 12 (Sat), 2019.
All citizens are kindly requested to comply with the carless street hours so that the citizens’ festival can be held successfully.
