Incheon has opened a Citizen's Counseling Center to improve the quality of its public administrative services. The Center offers free counseling for a variety of subjects, including legal, taxation, and consumer-related affairs. We encourage our Incheon citizens to take a closer look, and take full advantage of the services available at the Center.

❍ Location: Civil Complaints Office, Incheon Metropolitan City Hall
❍ Eligibility: Incheon Metropolitan City citizens, business owners/managers, etc.
❍ Counseling Method: In-person visit (telephone counseling sessions unavailable due to scheduling problems)

    - Legal affairs: civil, criminal, family cases
    - Tax affairs: national and local taxes
    - Consumer-related affairs: consumer damage and remedies
