Incheon Metropolitan City and Incheon Technopark are recruiting young people to participate in the「Project of Youth Employment Support in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises」 to support youth with job opportunities at small and medium-sized businesses in Incheon. Please check the details below and many of you may participate.

A. Target Participants: Unemployed youth under the age of 39 living in Incheon City

B. Participation period: September 9 (Wed) ~ October 3 (Sat), 2020

C. Contents of Support

    ○ Work opportunities provided: Switch to a full-time job after 3 months of internship

    ○ Personnel expenses: KRW 1,875,000 or more paid monthly (refer to company list annual salary)

    ○ Self-development fee: Support up to KRW 300,000 after the internship ends (3 months X KRW 100 thousand = KRW 300 thousand)

    ○ Job competency reinforcement training, etc.: Job training provided after converting to a regular employee (20 hours or more required)

D. How to apply: Inquire of each company (refer to the participating companies list) by phone, and then apply at the recruitment website

E. Selection method: Participating companies select among applicants → Final selection after review of Incheon TP qualification
