The last bastion of severe trauma patients, the Gachon University Gil Hospital Trauma Center is an emergency medical institution that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to promptly transfer, care, diagnose, and treat patients in the event of a severe trauma due to a disaster or traffic accident.
In order to inform many citizens of the functions and roles of the Gachon University Gil Hospital Trauma Center and to establish an organic cooperation system between related organizations such as firefighting, emergency medical institutions, and local governments, the 1st Regional Trauma System UCC Contest will be held as follows. We ask many citizens(youth) to support and participate in it.
- Application period: September 1 (Tue) ~ October 15 (Thu), 2020
- Awards: 5 points from the Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City (Grand Prize 1, Best Prize 2, Excellence Prize 2) Prize: KRW 7 million (Grand Prize: KRW 3 million, Best Prize: KRW 1.5 million, Excellence Prize: KRW 500 thousand)
-Eligibility: Individual or group. Institution (team)
* Incheon citizen on resident registration or an employee of a business located in Incheon
* Divided into youth department (elementary, middle, high school students) and general department (adult)
* Pure creations that have never been submitted or won in other competitions
- Competition field: video content related to regional trauma system (UCC)
* Resolution 640 X 480 or higher (avi, mp4, mpeg, wmv), 40 seconds or more ~ within 5 minutes

. Efficient policy support and ideas for severe trauma patients in vulnerable areas for emergency medical care
. Practice and development plan of 'Incheon, a zero city for trauma patients' in the Incheon area

. Other policy measures to secure the golden time of severe trauma patients

. Suitability (30 points): Did they fully understand the topic of the competition and reflect it in the video?
. Appeal (30 points): Does it attract interests?
Creativity (20 points): Is the content creative and differentiated?
. Completeness (20 points): Is the completeness of expression high in filming and editing techniques?
