As the weather gets hot, many people go out for water sports including swimming and boat riding around the valleys, river and sea, which have potential for casualties.
Your family needs you to be happy. Let's prevent accidents from taking place by adhering to safety guidelines.

10 Safety Guidelines for Swimming
○ One must do warming-up exercises in order to prevent convulsion in hands and feet.
○ Before getting into the water, drench the body parts that are far away from the heart - preferably in the order of legs, arms, face and breast.
○ When you have gooseflesh and stiff skin during swimming, warm yourself and take a rest.
* Be careful of such situation as it may lead to critical issues due to cramp in legs or muscles.
○ The depth of water is different; those areas that go steep are particularly dangerous.
○ Those who do not have experience in rescue shall stay away from reckless rescue activities.
○ When you find a drowner, shout out loud to alert people (and report to 119 immediately). If you are not confident enough in rescuing, don't get into the water.
○ Although you are confident in swimming, go for safe rescue by using equipment nearby (tube, styrofoam and sticks).
○ If you are not in a good condition, or feel either hungry or full, do not swim immediately.
○ Do not overact by being overconfident about swimming skills.
○ Do not swim for a long time. Don't swim alone in river or lake.
Safety guidelines for children
☞ Children should swim within the sight of parents.
☞ Wear life jackets and do not chew a gum or eat candy while swimming.
☞ Do not play around in the water; do not thrust a friend or grab their feet
☞ If one's belongings such as shoes flow on the water, get help from adults and do not try to take it out by yourself.
