Waterworks Headquarters Incheon Metropolitan City plans to designate October as a special month for settling overdue water and sewage utility bills to focus on enforcing administrative measures on people in arrears.
We encourage Incheon residents to check if they have any overdue water and sewage utility bills, and cooperate to avoid any inconvenience from the enforcement of administrative measures (water stoppage).

○ Special settlement period : October 1 ~ October 31, 2015
○ Subject of administrative measure : citizens who have not settled their water and sewage bills before the deadline specified on their arrears bill
○ Details of administrative measure : water stoppage (stoppage of water supply) and seizure of property etc.

※ Settlement methods for bills
○ Deposit without bankbook : make payment to the virtual deposit account at Shinhan Bank specified on the bill
○ Simple e-payment : make payment using your credit card or account transfer at http://wetax.go.kr, http://giro.or.kr, or bank ATMs
(requires electronic customer number or electronic payment number)
○ Automatic (account transfer) payment : Michuhol Call Center (032-120), apply at each regional branch
