- Online career counseling services for career-interrupted women expands to 17 cities & provinces nationwide -

□ The Ministry of Gender Equality & Family will be expanding this year its online career counseling services which have been limited to 8 cities and provinces.

○ The online career counseling services will be provided through 'Dream Wings' (www.dream.go.kr), an online career development center operated by the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family and Gyeonggi Province. Users will be able to get a free comprehensive career support service, including employment capability diagnosis, career counseling, job training, and resume & interview consulting.

○ The service is allowed for not only career-interrupted women but also any women who wish to get a job. If an user selects the desired work area, a professional counselor will be assigned to the user to provide employment information and counseling services in the chosen area.

□ Starting this year, users will be able to experience real-time interview by an expert interviewer at anytime with 'online simulated job interview service' using a smartphone or computer. 

○ Simulated job interview will be proceeded in almost real interview situation to raise users' tension. After the interview, users will immediately receive a consulting service analyzing the pros and cons of the interview.

- In addition, users can record & save their simulated job interview to help them better identify their strong and weak points.

○ A list of expected interview questions and 4,500 cases of best answers to help job seekers with interview preparation will be also provided.
