Incheon is offering various education programs on information technology for citizens belonging to “information minority groups” using agreements with welfare centers across the city. These programs aim to enhance the ability of people unfamiliar with information technology to help them develop the ability to adapt to today’s smart society and use information in productive ways.
Eligibility:
ㅇ Disabled people registered under Article 32 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities
ㅇ Senior citizens (55 years of age or older according to their resident registry)
Curriculum: Beginner, Intermediate, Certificate, Mobile courses, etc.
