Recruitment of candidates in 3 fields of the Youth Startup Branch
For the first time this year, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority and Incheon Technopark are attracting attention by starting youth support projects leading to the so-called 'Cradle to TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup)' in order to create jobs for young people through nurturing startups.

The three programs, including the 'Youth Startup Branch', consist of providing startup business education for young people, consulting on startup technology verification for young entrepreneurs, and supporting them to be selected for TIPS, the technology startup investment program of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Each program is characterized by providing step-by-step support to inspire young people to challenge startups, discovers and nurtures excellent startups, and finally achieve results through TIPS selection. In this process, there are many benefits, such as support for upgrading products or services of excellent startups.

The Incheon Economic Administration recruits young start-ups and young people in three areas, including △ Youth Startup Branch, △ Youth Entrepreneurship Program, △ Youth TIPS Incubation.
First, the Youth Startup Branch Program provides startups with opportunities to secure excellent manpower through networking by operating education for startup business and 4th industrial technology-based practice for young people in the district.
Five resident companies and supporting companies of Incheon Startup Park will be selected as mentors, and they will conduct technical seminars and education by matching with university (graduate)students in Incheon. Participating youths are supported with activity expenses. The deadline for recruitment of mentor companies is until the 13th of next month, and the recruitment of young people is expected to take place after April 13th.

And the Youth Entrepreneurship Program will continue to provide support to discover and nurture outstanding youth startups related to the 4th industrial revolution technology base, such as smart city and bio convergence. About 12 young start-ups are selected by there commendation of Youth Startup Incubation in Incheon (△ Korea SMEs and Startups Agency's Youth Entrepreneurship Academy △ Incheon National University Startup Support Group △ Incheon Creative Economy Innovation Center △ Inha University Startup Support Group △ Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute △ Incheon Startup Integrated Support Center of Mirae Service Co., Ltd. △ Incheon Technopark). Selected companies are given the benefits of expert mentoring, product/service analysis, and subsidy payment. The deadline for recruiting operators of Youth Entrepreneurship Program is May 18.
The Youth TIPS Incubation Program discovers young startups with excellent products (services) and supports participation in TIPS and the Public Procurement Service Fast Track (promoting incubation for companies in the area of public purchase for the purpose of public interest). Three operating companies are selected, and for 20 startups run by young people (age 39 or younger) within 7 years, it offers either an accelerating or consulting program depending on the stage of growth. The deadline for recruiting operators is the 21st of next month.
