Recruitment ofcandidates in 3 fields of the Youth Startup Branch
For the first time this year, the IncheonFree Economic Zone Authority and Incheon Technopark are attracting attention bystarting youth support projects leading to the so-called 'Cradle to TIPS (TechIncubator Program for Startup)' in order to create jobs for young peoplethrough nurturing startups.

The three programs, including the 'YouthStartup Branch', consist of providing startup business education for youngpeople, consulting on startup technology verification for young entrepreneurs, andsupporting them to be selected for TIPS, the technology startup investmentprogram of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Each program is characterized by providingstep-by-step support to inspire young people to challenge startups, discoversand nurtures excellent startups, and finally achieve results through TIPSselection. In this process, there are many benefits, such as support forupgrading products or services of excellent startups.

The Incheon Economic Administrationrecruits young start-ups and young people in three areas, including △ Youth Startup Branch, △ Youth EntrepreneurshipProgram, △Youth TIPS Incubation.
First, the Youth Startup Branch Programprovides startups with opportunities to secure excellent manpower throughnetworking by operating education for startup business and 4th industrialtechnology-based practice for young people in the district.
Five resident companies and supportingcompanies of Incheon Startup Park will be selected as mentors, and they willconduct technical seminars and education by matching with university (graduate)students in Incheon. Participating youths are supported with activity expenses.The deadline for recruitment of mentor companies is until the 13th of nextmonth, and the recruitment of young people is expected to take place afterApril 13th.

And the Youth Entrepreneurship Programwill continue to provide support to discover and nurture outstanding youthstartups related to the 4th industrial revolution technology base, such assmart city and bio convergence. About 12 young start-ups are selected by therecommendation of Youth Startup Incubation in Incheon (△ Korea SMEs and Startups Agency's Youth Entrepreneurship Academy △Incheon NationalUniversity Startup Support Group △ Incheon Creative Economy Innovation Center△ Inha University Startup Support Group △ KoreaEnvironmental Industry and Technology Institute △ Incheon StartupIntegrated Support Center of Mirae Service Co., Ltd. △ Incheon Technopark). Selected companies are given the benefits ofexpert mentoring, product/service analysis, and subsidy payment. The deadlinefor recruiting operators of Youth Entrepreneurship Program is May 18.
The Youth TIPS Incubation Program discoversyoung startups with excellent products (services) and supports participation inTIPS and the Public Procurement Service Fast Track (promoting incubation forcompanies in the area of public purchase for the purpose of public interest). Threeoperating companies are selected, and for 20 startups run by young people (age39 or younger) within 7 years, it offers either an accelerating or consultingprogram depending on the stage of growth. The deadlinefor recruiting operators is the 21st of next month.
