Incheon to host the “Understanding and Happiness+ Talk Concert” with Incheon citizens to help overcome issues associated with low birth rates
Incheon will host the “Understanding and Happiness+ Talk Concert” to help establish positive and healthy values and overcome generational gaps in the face of demographic issues such as low birth rates and aging. In doing so, the Incheon government hopes to create a family-friendly environment in Incheon.
