Q1.What improvements have been made to purchase-by-proxy of public masks?

A1-1. Non-cohabiting family members can now make a substitute purchase.

(A Family Relation Certificate must prove family relationships.)

A1-2. Purchase-by-proxy for the disabled must be verified for the eligibility through

a certificate of disability on the Income Tax Act.

Q2. What changes have been made to mask purchase for foreigners?

A2. Foreigners who have yet to join the National Health Insurance can now purchase

public masks with their Alien Registration Cards or Certificate of Alien Registration.
