Melting Room has become a restaurant that local residents cannot live without and a restaurant that people outside the city want to visit, even from far away. After studying abroad in Australia and working as a chef in hotels and restaurants, the owner, chef Sohn Jae-min settled down in Incheon and opened a restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong. It offers a variety of dishes, such as homemade burgers, pasta, tap beer (beer poured by 10ml), and other dishes that you can enjoy according to your taste.

A Place to Share Delightful Taste with Precious People

Many customers visit Melting Room with families or lovers. The sound of chatter and smiles fill each table. On the wall is a handwritten "Letter of Appreciation" handwritten by a child customer. It has a message saying, 'Thank you for making a delicious hamburger.' Melting Room became a cozy place for customers by making and sharing many memories like this.

The characteristic of Melting Room is that the chefs prepare dishes with fresh ingredients from the local market. Ingredients are fresh, and the chef's sincerity can be felt throughout each dish. Even for bacon, most places use the 'injection method,' which is to make bacon by injecting the salt solution, but in Melting Room, the meat is directly trimmed, salted, and smoked. This elaborate cooking process makes the food taste special. It went viral in no time and was listed in the Blue Ribbon Survey, called the Korean version of Michelin, for four consecutive years.

Owner chef Sohn Jae-min picked 'Fresh Noodle Carbonara' and 'Pulled Pork Burger' as the signature menus. 'Fresh Noodle Carbonara' is a special delicacy that lets you enjoy the taste and fun by having fresh noodles with good texture, bacon, and sous-vide poached eggs together. The pulled pork burger has many loyal customers. After roasting, it is served with the signature barbecue sauce to give a savory taste. In addition, the 'Parisian Burger,' famous among customers of all ages, is prepared with a generous amount of mushrooms with a smoky flavor.

It is considered the most trusted restaurant guidebook in Korea and is evaluated through a "survey method" that collects multiple opinions based on objective data. Melting Room was listed in the guidebook four times in a row from 2019 to 2022.
