For this purpose, the city plans to provide various Metaverse services, including Home to Play Airport (an AR GPS service optimized for tourist needs,) XR Open Port Docent, and the XR GPS for Bupyeong Station, etc.

Also, the city plans to go even further than the connection, communication, and collaboration between the public and private sectors to develop the Incheon e-connection Metaverse cooperation system based on the concept of METAWAYS (Metaverse + All Ways Incheon). With this, Incheon is hopefully taking the leading role in the Metaverse industry by developing new projects for securing new growth engines as a Metaverse city and building the social and institutional foundations, etc.
