Incheon Youth Startups Take the GlobalStage! ‘Cheongjinki’ Success Sharing Session Lays Groundwork for Global Leap

Incheon Metropolitan City (Mayor YooJeong-bok) and the Incheon Creative Economy Innovation Center (Director LeeHan-seop) announced the holding of the ‘2025 Youth Overseas Expansion BaseSupport Project (hereinafter referred to as Cheongjingi)’ Achievement SharingSession at the Sheraton Hotel in Songdo, Incheon on November 27.


This event provided an opportunity forthe 25 youth startups participating in this year's Youth Overseas ExpansionBase project to share their achievements in the global market and expand theirfuture expansion strategies.


 ▣ Review of 2025 Overseas Programs andSharing of On-site Experiences


 The sharing session featuredpresentations on the achievements made by the companies throughout the year,including the overseas programs conducted in Malaysia and Vietnam.


In Malaysia, the program focused ontechnology validation and establishing local partnerships. In Vietnam, actuallocal market testing was conducted, including operating pop-up stores, consumersurveys, and live streaming. Through these experiences, participating companiesdirectly observed local reactions, reflected them in product/serviceimprovements and strategy development, and generated tangible results. Thiswent beyond simple promotion, leading to overseas contracts and sales expansionbased on actual market data.


▣ 25 Participating Companies PresentGlobal Achievements and Strategies


The 25 participating companies sharedtheir overseas activity results and future strategies, with some demonstratingtangible international achievements and proving their global competitiveness.


Robigos Co., Ltd. achieved KRW 2 billionin overseas sales through collaboration with a Malaysian logistics anddistribution partner. It also broke ground on a KRW 66 billion top-tierintegrated smart logistics center to establish an AI logistics hub in Malaysia,proving its market expansion potential.


Anghodu, an emerging powerhouse inK-desserts, has secured contracts with 46 domestic franchisees. Through amaster franchise agreement in the Philippines, it plans to open its firstMakati store in November and is preparing to open franchise locations inVietnam next year, securing a foothold in the Southeast Asian market.


Comapper Co., Ltd. achieved a significantmilestone by establishing a joint venture with its U.S. partner STSC to enterthe market for safety inspections of aging structures in the Panama Canal.Furthermore, it secured an exclusive distribution agreement with Japan'sKawanabe Kogyo, achieving diversified success by simultaneously targeting theNorth American and Japanese markets.


Beyond this, participating companiesshared diverse global experiences—including securing local networks, formingpartnerships, and expanding overseas sales—achieving tangible business results.


▣ Special Lecture by Senior Company:Sharing Global Expansion Strategies


Last year, Shin In-jun, CEO of Sije Co.,Ltd.—a stethoscope manufacturer and senior company with overseas expansionexperience—participated as an invited speaker, delivering an exemplary speciallecture for junior startups. Based on actual achievements such as securing 2.5billion won in investment last year, establishing a subsidiary in Hanoi,Vietnam, and achieving overseas exports of $35,728, CEO Shin shared early-stageoverseas expansion strategies and practical experience, offering juniorstartups realistic and concrete advice.


Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok stated, “This year'sCheongjinki project holds significant meaning as participating companies gaineddirect experience in overseas markets and generated tangible results based onthat experience.”
