- Environmental and renewable energy technologies to take center stage with expanded export consultations, procurement meetings, and industry conferences -

Incheon Metropolitan City announced that GreenEnerTEC 2026, a specialized exhibition for the environmental and energy industries, will be held at Songdo Convensia from Aug. 5–7.

Now in its fifth year, the event is hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City and jointly organized by the Incheon Tourism Organization, GMEG, the Incheon Regional SMEs and Startups Office, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, the Environmental Corporation of Incheon, and Incheon National University. The exhibition will serve as a business-to-government-to-business (B2G2B) platform designed to boost collaboration among businesses, government agencies, and industry partners.

The exhibition will showcase a wide range of technologies and products spanning key sectors of the environmental and energy industries, including clean and renewable energy, energy infrastructure, sustainable plastics, carbon neutrality, and climate technology. The event is expected to provide a comprehensive look at the industry’s current state while highlighting future trends, allowing participants to explore the latest technological innovations and developments shaping the sector.

This year’s exhibition will feature 130 domestic and international companies occupying a total of 250 exhibition booths, where participants will showcase their technological capabilities and business solutions across various industries. A variety of business matching programs will also be held during the exhibition, including export consultation meetings with overseas buyers and procurement consultations with public institutions and major corporations. These programs are expected to provide participating companies with valuable opportunities to expand into new markets and establish business partnerships.

The event will also feature a series of academic programs, including the GreenEnerTEC ESG Conference and the Global Conference on Sustainable Plastics. Bringing together experts from industry, academia, and research institutions in Korea and abroad, the conferences will explore technological trends as well as developments in policy, research, and global markets. As a result, the exhibition is anticipated to function not only as a product showcase but also as a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange and industry collaboration.
