English Radio News” on Gyeongin Broadcasting’s iFM. This program is a part of the efforts to foster an English-speaking environment, catering to the growing number of foreign residents since the inception of the Incheon Free Economic Zone in 2003.

The English news will be broadcast three times a day on weekdays - at 8 AM, 10 AM, and 2 PM. Each segment will last for 5 minutes and will be presented first in English, followed by a Korean. The news covers a wide range of topics that are essential for foreign residents living in Incheon, including city policies, living tips, and cultural insights. You can tune in to these broadcasts via the Gyeongin Broadcasting smartphone application. Incheon International Airport Ranks Among Top Three Airports


Incheon International Airport has soared to new heights, securing the 3rd spot in Skytrax’s prestigious ranking of the world’s top airports. Skytrax, a UK-based global consultancy renowned for its expertise in aviation services, conducts these rankings.

As per the latest updates from the aviation industry, in Skytrax's latest ranking of the 'World's Top 100 Airports' this year, Incheon Airport placed just behind Doha Hamad Airport and Singapore Changi Airport.

Inclusion in the top 3 of Skytrax's survey marks the first time in five years for Incheon Airport, having last achieved this in 2019 when it also ranked 3rd.




New Late-Night Bus Route Operated Between Incheon Airport Terminal 2 and Maseok Terminal


Incheon International Airport Corporation has announced the launch of a new late-night bus route between Incheon Airport and Gyeonggi Province starting today (8th).

The new route, N8843 (Incheon Airport - Guri/Namyangju), will operate twice daily between Incheon Airport Terminal 2 (end point) and Maseok Terminal (starting point).

Passengers departing from Incheon Airport must book their journey and board using the ' 티머니go' application or ticket vending machines available within the airport.



Plans Revealed for Transforming Yeongjong Sky City Special Planning Zone into a Specialized Bio-Complex


Incheon Housing and City Development Corporation (iH) has announced their initial plans for the third-stage Yeongjong Sky City Special Planning Zone, which will be transformed into a specialized bio-complex.

Initially, they are considering adding and revising permitted industries in the northern aviation and general industrial zone of Yeongjong Sky City. They aim to complete the industrial zone's development and sales by next year through the approval process.

Given that this decision is part of administrative restructuring, the corporation also emphasized their commitment to collaborate with the government and Incheon City to develop Yeongjong Island into a self-sustaining city alongside its primary residential role.
