Incheon Metropolitan City will supply 1,000 rental houses annually at a monthly rate of 30,000 won to newlyweds-to-be and newlyweds within seven years of marriage.
Announcing such housing measures, Incheon plans to implement them next year after securing a budget.
Additionally, the city plans to offer additional interest rate support for home mortgages to families who have a child next year, in addition to government assistance.

The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education has announced that it has selected six schools— Ilsin Elementary School, Ganjaeul Elementary School, Ganseok Girl’s Middle School, Incheon Middle School, Dongincheon High School, and Incheon Business High School— to operate Integrity Clubs.
The clubs will be operated in conjuction with school-based educational activities such as integrity book discussions, integrity election campaigns, and integrity video production.
The outcomes of the activities will be published on the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education's website and educational promotion channels, to be shared with schools and the public.

The Incheon Metropolitan Facilities Management Corporation joined the ‘Bye Bye Plastic Challenge’ campaign to reduce the use of plastic.
The Bye Bye Plastic (BBP) Challenge is a campaign spreading nationwide launched by the Ministry of the Environment in August last year. It aims to reduce unnecessary plastic use in daily life and encourage the use of reusable items.
The Corporation continues to carrying out various eco-friendly activities to promote resource circulation, including the use of coffee grounds for compost production, introduction of deicers made from recycled waste materials, eco-friendly road paving, blue carbon creation, and the coastal environment cleanup of companion beach.
