Incheon to Provide Up to 3 Million Won for Job-Seeking Youth


Incheon City is accepting applications for the 2025 Dream Check Card program, which provides financial support to unemployed youth searching for jobs. Applications will be open until March 14.

The Dream Check Card program, launched in 2019, aims to help unemployed young people stabilize their lives and boost employment opportunities. This year, Incheon plans to support 700 participants, providing them with job-seeking financial aid.

Eligible applicants must be 18 to 39 years old, reside in Incheon, and have completed their last level of education. Their household income must fall between 50% and 150% of the median income.






Incheon Seeks Citizen Ambassadors for ‘Jemulpo Renaissance Project’


From March 5 to 21, Incheon City will be recruiting Citizen Ambassadors to promote the history, culture, and various events of Jung-gu’s Open Port Area and Inner Harbor as part of the 2025 Jemulpo Renaissance Project.

Building on last year’s success, this initiative aims to boost public engagement and awareness. In 2024, ambassadors created 138 pieces of content, significantly contributing to the promotion of the Open Port Area’s historical and cultural charm.

This year, the program will continue to expand its reach, inviting more citizens to share the unique attractions of the district through diverse promotional activities.






Incheon Supports Travel for Families with Disabilities


Incheon City continues its Family Respite Program for Families with Disabilities, launched in 2016, to ease caregiving burdens and strengthen family bonds.

This program provides opportunities for families with disabled members to take a break through two types of travel support: Individual Family Travel Assistance, Group Travel Programs.

This year, approximately 1,000 families will benefit from the program. Any resident of Incheon with a disabled family member can apply through designated welfare centers, regardless of their district.





Incheon Opens Registration for Kimchi-Making Course


The Incheon Agricultural Technology Center is opening applications for its Fermentation Culture Class: Kimchi Course starting March 11.

This educational program focuses on theory and hands-on training in making seasonal kimchi, helping participants appreciate the value of fermented foods and develop healthy eating habits.

Program will be held every Tuesday from March 25 to April 15, 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (4 sessions) at Incheon Agricultural Technology Center.

It opens to all Incheon residents interested in agriculture, rural culture, or food traditions. Participants must attend all sessions.
