탁 트인 천혜의 자연, 인천 섬을 더욱 잘 즐기는 방법은 바로 ‘축제’다. 전 세계적으로 펼쳐지는 수많은 축제가 있지만, 섬이란 공간은 푸른 숲, 청량한 바다와 맞닿아 있다는 점에서 더욱 특별하다. 삼면이 바다로 이뤄진 한국, 그중에서도 아름다운 서해를 조망할 수 있는 인천에서는 섬마다 다른 색채를 지닌 특별한 음악 축제를 연다. 

The 'festival' is the greatest way to enjoy the open nature of Incheon's Islands. Countless festivals are held worldwide, but the venue on an island is particularly distinctive because a lush forest and a cool sea surround it. In Korea, surrounded by the sea on three sides, particularly in Incheon, where you can see the gorgeous West Sea, each island hosts a unique music festival.

Romance Offered by the Sea with Music that Touches Emotions

매년 7월에 열리는 ‘주섬주섬 음악회’는 ‘큰 물섬’이라는 뜻을 가진 섬, 덕적도 서포리 해수욕장에서 열린다. 아름다운 해안에서 바닷바람 맞으며 공연을 감상할 수 있으며, 7회를 맞은 올해는 박완규, 널디나 등이 무대에 올랐다. ‘제1회 DMZ 평화i랜드 뮤직 페스티벌’은 8~10월에 걸쳐 진행되는 릴레이 음악 공연이다. Love, Eco, Art, Peace 4개 테마로 버스킹, 전시, K-팝 공연을 비롯해 홍보관, DMZ 접경지역 걷기 등으로 구성된다. 기타와 색소폰 등 클래식 공연을 펼치는 ‘섬마을 밴드 음악축제’는 10월 대이작도에서 열린다. 지역 밴드와 거주민, 방문객들이 함께 소통하는 화합의 장이다. 

Every July, the 'Joosum Joosum Concert' begins at Seopo-ri Beach on Deokjeokdo Island, which translates to 'Big Water Island.' You may take in the show while feeling the sea breeze on the lovely coast. The 1st DMZ Peace i-Land Music Festival is a relay music performance from August to October. It includes busking, exhibitions, K-pop performances, a PR center, and walking in the DMZ border area with four themes: Love, Eco, Art, and Peace. In October, Daeijakdo Island hosts the 'Island Village Band Music Festival,' which includes classical acts such as guitar and saxophone. It is a place of harmony where local musicians, residents, and visitors may all communicate.
