Additionally, the team will participate in the 2017 Kimunyong Cup International Open Taekwondo Championships for an invaluable opportunity to compete with some of the top athletes from around the world.

○ Coach Kim Gil-tae, currently at the helm of the Vietnamese Taekwondo team, previously worked as a Taekwondo instructor at Dong-A University. He was appointed as the coach of the Vietnamese national team on January 17 this year. ○ Kim said, “I deeply appreciate the city of Incheon for this opportunity to train in Korea, which is one of the strongest nations in the sport. I believe that this will be an opportunity for our athletes to push themselves and improve their skills.”
