A hydrogen bus is a vehicle that uses hydrogen fuel celltechnology. Hydrogen chemically reacts with oxygen in the air to generateelectricity. Here, while the system acquires oxygen in the air, the filterinstalled on the bus functions as an air purifier.

For this reason, hydrogen buses are gaining more attention as aneco-friendly means of transportation that can help reduce air pollution andsave the environment by eliminating the emission of greenhouse gases andharmful chemicals. Moreover, hydrogen energy has been deemed a safe energysource posing a lower risk than city gas (LNG).
