Incheon City Museum – Overflow of donations from a telephone to a first edition of a novel
1,600 pieces of artifacts have been donated to the Incheon City Museum earlier this year.
From a modern day telephone and a beeper showing the transition in the means of communication and to a first edition of famous novel, ‘A Dwarf Launches a Small Ball’, various artifacts were donated.
The museum plans to utilize the donations for exhibitions and education materials.

Incheon Cultural Foundation – Incheon Art Platform hosts <The Friendliest> from July 19th of 2024 to September 29th as the vacation season approaches.
The exhibition, under the theme of ‘people’ and ‘relationship’, will feature 86 distinctive portrait paintings of 14 artists who are building their own unique worlds of arts

Incheon Set to Host Wolmi・Gaehangjang Cultural Contents Contest, Promoting Culture and Tourism
Incheon and Incheon Tourism Organization hosts ‘Wolmi・Gaehangjang Cultural Contents Contest’ to induce tourism until August 2nd.
By exploring history, culture, tourist attractions, restaurants and shops along the Wolmi and Gaehangjang street, contestants can create contents that can become unique tour programs or fascinating local events.

Incheon International Airport Hosts ‘Ghosts Outside the Machine’ Media Art Exhibition
Incheon International Airport Corporation, in collaboration with the Arts Management Support Center, is holding the media art exhibition ‘Ghosts Outside the Machine’ from July 10 to November 10.
The exhibition features 11 video works and 5 installation pieces by eight promising domestic artists whom were selected from the ‘Incheon International Airport Media Art Exhibition Support Contest’ co-hosted by the Airport Corporation and the Arts Management Support Center.
This exhibition will utilize the airport’s large digital screens and the exhibition space within Terminal 2’s departure area, offering free access to all airport visitors.
Yonsei University’s Songdo International Campus Promotes the Master of Korean Arts Park Dae Sung’s ‘K-Culture Gallery’
Yonsei University’s Songdo International Campus plans to open ‘K-Culture Gallery’, where visitors can enjoy the art pieces of Park Dae Sung, the master of Korean arts.
This project was proceeded in earnest when Park decided to donate 4 of his artworks, including his signature works, ‘Bulguksa Snow Scenery’, ‘Cave on Water’, ‘ Geumgangsan Mountain’, and ‘Pottery Fine Painting’, as well as 15 works by his wife, Jeong Mi-yeon, to the university.
