The city of Incheon has revamped the main page of its "Incheon Foreign Language Website" to make it easier for foreigners to find useful information about the city. The new service began on August 9th.
The Incheon Foreign Language Website is operated to provide foreigners with valuable information about Incheon and to promote the city's global image. With this update, foreigners will find it more convenient to access information about Incheon.
A representative from Incheon City stated, "We will do our best to provide useful information so that foreigners visiting the Incheon Foreign Language Website can feel that Incheon is a more friendly and attractive place."

Incheon Metropolitan City is participating in the "5th Island Day Event" held at Daecheon Beach to promote the value and charm of Incheon's islands.
At this event, Incheon has set up an exhibition under the themes "Ganghwa Island: A Perfect Trip to the Past and Present" and "Ongjin Islands: Worth Coming Back to." In particular, the city is actively promoting Incheon's islands together with Ganghwa-gun and Ongjin-gun, using Palmi-do, Korea's first modern lighthouse, as a motif.

Incheon Metropolitan City is hosting the "2024 Incheon Smart Urban Design Contest" with the theme of "Improving the Urban Environment by Integrating Smart Technology with Public Design."

The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education Juan Library will run the second session of the ‘Cracking the Essay Contest’ program starting on the 16th for local residents, in preparation for the 39th Saeal Essay Contest.
‘Cracking the Essay Contest’ is a writing skill enhancement program in preparation for the 39th Saeal Essay Contest scheduled for September 28th, and it will be operated in two categories: general and student.
A representative from the Juan Library stated, "Through this writing program in preparation for the Saeal Essay Contest, we aim to contribute to the spread of a reading, walking, and writing culture among citizens, and we will strive to strengthen the writing skills of both students and citizens."
