Incheon Successfully Holds the 2024 Youth Peer Counseling Report Conference


On November 9, Incheon hosted the “2024 Youth Peer Counseling Association Report Conference” at the Incheon Youth Counseling and Welfare Center.


Held at the Boniface Auditorium, over 100 peer counselors from eight high schools attended to review their efforts in fostering safe and supportive school environments throughout the year.


This conference aimed to recognize the dedication of these youth counselors.


Incheon’s Youth Peer Counseling Association includes peer counselors who have received specific training to provide emotional support and assist peers facing difficulties, with approximately 100 participants currently active across eight schools.






Discounted Performances at Incheon Cultural Arts Center for College Exam Takers


The Incheon Cultural Arts Center is offering discounted tickets to students who have taken the college entrance exam, rewarding them for their dedication and resilience.


From mid-November to December, students who bring their exam certificates can enjoy a 50% discount on various performances, including band music, theater, media performances, OST concerts, and musicals.


A total of six performances are eligible for this discount.


Students can book tickets through the center’s website or by phone, choosing the “College Exam Taker Discount,” and must present their exam certificate or early admission letter on the day of the performance.








Incheon Highlights the Role of Cars Beyond Transportation


The Incheon Urban History Museum will host a humanities lecture series, “City Academy: Cars Beyond Transportation,” starting November 13.


The four-week program is linked to the special exhibition, “40 Years of Incheon Automobiles: The Journey to My Car,” and offers participants an in-depth experience combining exhibition and education.







Incheon Unveils Virtual City Experience ‘Incheoncraft’ at 2024 Korea Government Expo


Incheon will showcase Incheoncraft—a virtual city experience—at the 2024 Korea Government Expo from November 13 to 15 at Gwangju’s Kim Dae-jung Convention Center.


The event, hosted by the Ministry of Interior and Safety and the Digital Government Committee, will feature 130 government agencies, local authorities, and private companies sharing innovative achievements and the future vision of the Korean government.


Displayed in the “Convenient Services” zone, Incheoncraft will allow visitors to explore Incheon’s industry, history, and future through a virtual city based on the popular game Minecraft.
