The Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) is recruiting members for its Global Press Corps to report on various news related to the IFEZ.
The IFEZ Global Press Corps is open to foreigners interested in IFEZ projects, foreigners living in Incheon or studying at universities, and residents who have writing experience and are active on social media.
To apply, applicants should post a promotional article about IFEZ on their personal social media channels and submit their application via NAVER Form.
Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority Selects Preferred Bidder to Operate Gyeongwonjae Hanok Hotel
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZA) has selected Daeil International Hospitality Group as the preferred bidder to operate the Gyeongwonjae Hanok Hotel.
The IFEZ Authority issued a tender notice to find a new operator for Gyeongwonjae, as its current entrustment will end at the end of this month. The preferred bidder was selected following an evaluation by the Private Entrustment Review Committee.
Daeil International, which received the highest score, is a specialized hotel management company founded in 2008. Based in Songdo International City, it operates a total of 12 hotels and training centers.
The entrustment period for Gyeongwonjae will be five years, starting next month and ending in April 2030.
Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority Seeks CES 2026 Innovation Award Winners
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZA) is recruiting innovative companies to participate in the ‘CES 2026 Innovation Award Support Project’ until the 25th of this month.
The CES Innovation Award, presented by the U.S. Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the organizer of CES (Consumer Electronics Show)—the world’s largest consumer electronics and IT exhibition—recognizes products with exceptional technical, aesthetic, and innovative qualities from around the globe.
This support program is open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Incheon that possess innovative technologies.
Applications can be submitted through the Incheon Technopark website (itp.or.kr) and the BizOK system (bizok.incheon.go.kr).
Incheon Office of Education Launches 'Incheon Walk Exploration Program'
The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education will host 308 teams consisting of elementary, middle, and high school students, parents, and staff for the ‘Incheon Walk Exploration Program’ until November.
Participants can choose from 92 different routes, with each team receiving support from a professional instructor and a safety officer.
The professional instructors, who have completed a required training program, will offer insights into various topics such as culture, history, ecology, geography, and industry related to the locations along the routes.
