Incheon Metropolitan City, together with the Incheon Tourism Organization, will host Green Camp Festival 2025 from May 17th to 18th at Songdo Moonlight Festival Park.
Green Camp Festival is a multicultural outdoor event that brings together music, camping, and tourism—offering a chance to enjoy both nature and culture right in the heart of the city.
The festival will be held again this year at Moonlight Festival Park, Songdo’s representative unique venue, in the form of a combination of camping, picnics, and music performances.
Incheon Education Office Launches Personalized Career Roadmap for Students
The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education has officially launched its “Incheon Career Education” initiative to help students pursue their dreams anytime, anywhere, in a way that reflects their individual paths.
As part of this initiative, the office has developed and distributed an integrated roadmap for career, academic, and vocational planning from elementary through high school.
The roadmap is designed to guide students in exploring and planning their future in a consistent and self-directed manner.
In preparation for the upcoming 2028 university admissions reform, the education office held a large-scale information session last month for over 2,000 students and parents, with additional sessions planned for the second half of the year.
Incheon Education Office to Provide 200,000 KRW in Learning Support for Third Child and Beyond
The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education is easing the financial burden of school preparation for large families by offering 200,000 KRW in learning support per child—starting from the third child.
Eligible recipients include children from the third child onwards who are attending elementary, middle, or high schools within the Incheon area.
Applicants will receive mobile points worth 200,000 KRW per person, which can be used to purchase learning-related items such as clothing, books, stationery, and electronic devices for learning.
These mobile points are accepted at ZeroPay-affiliated stores in Incheon and can also be used on a dedicated ZeroPay online shopping mall.
The main application period runs from May 19th to 30th.

Seo-gu District Conducts Intensive Safety Inspections as Part of National Safety Campaign
Incheon’s Seo-gu District is conducting comprehensive safety inspections through June 13 as part of the nationwide 2025 Safety Transformation Campaign.
2025 Safety Transformation Campaign is implemented across South Korea, and aims to prevent disasters and raise public awareness of safety by inspecting facilities at risk of damage or accidents.
In Seo-gu, a total of 60 sites will be inspected, including apartment complexes, bridges, traditional markets, and construction sites. The inspections will be carried out jointly by public officials, related institutions, and private-sector experts.
Minor issues found during the inspections will be addressed immediately on-site, while any repairs or reinforcements that require more work will be scheduled with secured funding and follow-up measures.
