discovery task force formation, new business discovery promotion​​

The Incheon Metropolitan City will form an ‘Incheon customized Youth Policy Discovery TF’ to secure high-quality jobs for young people in Incheon and to prepare measures such as housing stability.

As the government announced earlier that it would significantly expand youth support policies worth KRW 8 trillion as part of the ‘Korean New Deal 2.0’, a support organization was formed to establish a new Incheon customized youth policy vision strategy in line with the government policy stance.

The TF will consist of regional youth representatives, experts, and business departments, with the head of the administration mayor and the vice head of the Job Economy Headquarters as the center, and plan to develop an Incheon customized youth policy, establish a vision strategy (2021-2025), and try to reflect it in next year's budget as much as possible.

The key content of 'Incheon customized youth policy' to create Incheon's representative youth policy in the fields of employment, start-up, housing, life, education, culture and leisure under the slogan of 'wings to the youth' with the aim of creating social and economic conditions and a residential environment so that young people, who are the future growth engine, can freely express their desires.

In this regard, this TF formation is expected to play an important role in achieving the goal of discovering Incheon customized youth policies.

In addition, we will make an active effort to create a culture where citizens can enjoy and share together as there are various things to enjoy in the area, by nurturing local young artists and supporting creative activities, as well as supporting the creation of promotional content for history and cultural and artistic resources by discovering youth communities.

In addition, it plans to include the vision of a substantial Incheon youth policy, such as expanding youth communication participation organizations and reorganizing the youth policy platform.
