The Soraepo-gu Festival in Incheon will be held from the 27th to the 29th in the Soraepo-gu area. This year, the festival will shift from focusing on local specialties to highlighting ecological resources.

A Namdong District official stated they aim to make Soraepo-gu a leading tourist spot in the Seoul metropolitan area.







Incheon Office of Education Host the 3rd Incheon 'Elementary School Lesson Case' Contest


The Incheon Office of Education announced that it will hold the "3rd Incheon Elementary School Lesson Case Contest for the 2024 school year" from the 11th to the 28th. This con-test aims to discover and share successful teaching cases from various educational groups.


The theme of the contest is "Classes Where Everyone Grows in Their Own Way," and it is open to elementary students, parents, and elementary school teachers. The winning entries will be announced at the 8th Elementary Education Festival in November.





11th International Climate Finance and Industry Conference Held in Songdo, Incheon


Incheon held the "11th International Climate Finance and Industry Conference" on the 9th at Songdo Convensia attended by over 300 participants including citizens, organizations, and experts. The conference focused on discussing global trends in climate finance, policies, and technology with various stakeholders.

An Incheon-city official emphasized that, as the host city of the Green Climate Fund (GCF)-headquarters, Incheon is playing a key role in leading global efforts toward carbon neutrality and is building a strong network to tackle the climate crisis.
