IFEZ Video and Photo Contest’s Deadline Set for November 25th. 


The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority will host the 'IFEZ Video and Photo Contest' from October 28 to November 25.This contest invites participants to showcase the beautiful landscapes and attractions of Songdo, Yeongjong, and Cheongna, along with their personal dreams and stories, as well as tourism promotions aimed at foreigners.The competition is divided into three categories: two types of videos (long-form and short-form) and photography. Each participant can submit up to three entries, and they are encouraged to include a personal story with their work.Submissions will be accepted until November 25, and participants can apply through the contest's dedicated website. Following two rounds of judging, the winners will be announced on December 11.




‘The 3rd Camp Market Drawing Contest' for elementary school students was held by Inchoen city.


Incheon City hosted the third "Camp Market Drawing Contest" yesterday, with elementary school students of Incheon.It was held at the multipurpose outdoor sports field of Camp Market which was the former base of U.S. Army.According to city officials, the contest was designed to increase interest in Camp Marketand to discover the positive and diverse visions of Camp Market dreamed by future generations.Winning entries will be exhibited at Incheon City Hall's central hallfrom December 16 to 20, providing an opportunity for children to appreciate the charm of Camp Market through their unique perspectives.



I30 cruise ships will arrive in Incheon in 2025.


Incheon City announced that30 cruise ships are scheduled to arrive in the city next yearas a part of efforts to boost the cruise industry and attract more vessels.In collaboration with the Incheon Tourism Organization and Incheon Port Authority, the city has participated in various cruise events this year,including the SeaTrade Cruise Global and Korea Theme Tourism Expo,and has promoted port sales.Additionally, the city has invited global cruise lines and travel agencies for familiarization tours and organized welcome events and shuttle bus services during cruise arrivals.An Incheon city official stated that “Incheon is being chosen as a new homeport by international cruise lines and travel agencies as a global hub city. Incheon will do its best to promote Incheon’s attractive sightseeing citesthrough various marketing efforts to revitalize the local economy.”





The 8th “Love Incheon” Debate focusing on low birthrate policies and aging issues.


Recently, Incheon City successfully held the 8th Love Incheon Forum at the Sang Sang Platform in Jung-gu,with around 400 citizens and experts participating.The theme of the forum was "Incheon: A World-Class City Where Citizens Are Happy."The forum served as a platform for open discussions on four citizen-centric policies that Incheon City has developed to address low birth rates and aging issues.One participant expressed his pride in being able to contribute ideas and engage in vibrant discussions for regional development as a citizen.
