“2024 Next Mobility Expo” to Kick Off on December 5th in Songdo, Incheon 


The specialized mobility industry exhibition, “2024 Next Mobility Expo”, will be held on December 5th and 6th at the Grand Ballroom of Songdo Convensia. 

Marking its second year, this exhibition will feature 37 companies participating with 112 booths across eco-friendly, smart, aviation, and transportation mobility sectors, including the Korea Smart E-Mobility Association Pavilion and the Incheon Technopark Pavilion. 

The event will also host conferences, exhibitions, competitions, seminars, and export consultation meetings in one venue, showcasing the future development directions and latest trends in the mobility industry. It is expected to serve as platform for collaboration among industry, academia, research institutions, and government. 





Incheon Sheds New Light on the Culture and History of Korean Traditional Liquor with Special Exhibition 


The Incheon Metropolitan City Museum announced that it will host the special exhibition “Hello Hi, K-Liquor” starting today (December 3rd). 

This exhibition explores the historical journey of Korean traditional liquor, from its thriving brewery culture in Incheon during the open port era to its rebranding as modern “K-Liquor”, through a variety of historical materials and perspectives. 

Divided into three sections, the exhibition features over 270 artifacts, paintings, videos and photographs. It delves into the spaces where traditional Korean liquor was created, from home-brewed gayangju to brewery-produced liquors, uncovering the stories within. 






December’s Special Performance: Exploring Flavors Club 


The Tri-bowl, operated by the Incheon Foundation for Arts and Culture, will host a special performance, “2024 Club Tri-Bowl – Exploring Flavors Club”, featuring collaboration with a professional perfumer. 

Following the success of the November event, this performance on Friday, December 13th, offers a unique artistic experience that combines auditory and olfactory senses, blending indie music with the art of perfumery for an innovative sensory journey.

Incheon to Hold Citizen Vote for 2025 Michuhol Book with the Theme “Travel” 


The Incheon Metropolitan City Michuhol Library announced that it will conduct a citizen vote to select the 2025 Michuhol Book in collaboration with local libraries, schools, and bookstores until December 24th. 

The “Michuhol Book” initiative, part of the “One City, One Book Reading Campaign” launched by Incheon City in 2015, annually selects three books – one each for children, teenagers, and adults – through citizen voting. 

Voting can be done online or via in-person surveys. The online voting link can be found in the announcements section of participating institutions’ websites, and mobile participation is also available.
