Visit ‘I-SARANG KKUMTEO (아이사랑꿈터 )for Family Fun!


Incheon City announced that its ‘I-SARANG KKUMTEO(아이사랑꿈터), the nation’s first dedicated childcare and play space for infants and toddlers launched in 2019, has become a key hub for community childcare support.The center provides a space where children under the age of 5 and their guardians can enjoy playtime and hands-on activities together. It operates in three sessions per day, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.The center aims to improve the quality of at-home childcare by offering not only play areas but also a variety of educational programs.





Incheon City and Education Office Conduct Joint Food Poisoning Prevention Campaign.


On December 12 and 13, Incheon City visited Incheon Seonhak Elementary School and Incheon Ganseok Elementary School to carry out a promotional campaign on preventing food poisoning during winter.The campaign was planned in response to the frequent occurrence of foodborne illnesses even in winter, made worse by cold weather leading to less attention to handwashing and personal hygiene.Key preventive measures highlighted include: washing hands thoroughly, cooking food properly, boiling water before drinking, separating and sanitizing cooking utensils, and maintaining appropriate storage temperatures. 







‘2024 Incheon Scholarship Day’ Successfully Held.


The Incheon Institute for Talent & Lifelong Education held the 2024 Incheon Scholarship Day on Wednesday, December 11. 

It was organized to honor those who have contributed to the development of Incheon’s scholarship programs and to encourage scholarship recipients to take pride in being outstanding talents.

Yoo Jeong-bok, Mayor of Incheon, delivered a message of encouragement, saying, “I hope you take pride in being Incheon’s future leaders and continue to strive for academic excellence.





Expansion of Incheon’s Public Late-Night Pharmacies: 31 to 34 Locations


Incheon City announced plans to expand the number of public late-night pharmacies from 31 to 34 starting next year. Excluding Ganghwa-gun and Ongjin-gun, the city will operate 20 pharmacies open year-round and 14 on a rotating schedule across eight districts.

Incheon City, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, will allocate a total project budget of 1.13 billion won, providing subsidies of 40,000 won per hour to support the operation of these pharmacies.
